Merc The Big Body Benz
Merc The Big Body Benz
When you mix mind blowing lyricism and love for self and kind, you get Merc...The Goddess Emcee. Mercedes Barnes, better known as Merc The Big Body Benz (formerly known as Young Merc) is a wicked warrior emcee from Jamaica, Queens. After watching her older cousin write and spit rhymes, Merc decided to write her first verse at the age of ten. That was the birth of Young Merc.

It wasn't until the age of 20 that she released her first mixtape on Reverbnation entitled: "The Big Body Benz Mixtape" under the name of Young Merc, New Years of 2010.

In February of 2014 Merc reintroduced herself to the rap game under the new name "Merc The Big Body Benz" and started performing all over NYC making quite the name for herself.

On July 25, 2016, Merc released a free EP entitled "Belated Arrival" on her birthday, signifying the long wait for her music is over. "Belated Arrival" has received praise and critical acclaim for her lyrical abilities and creativity. "Belated Arrival"
is currently available for download at Mercthebigbodybenz.bandcamp.com.

Since then Merc has been raising her two young children with her husband Mose. She's also been masterfully crafting new music that will be released in 2019. Get ready to hear Merc The Big Body Benz in a way you've never heard her before
Nello Luchi
Nello Luchi
In a world where female emcees are more notorious for their asses than their assets, Nello Luchi represents
something new for those who crave a more original and dynamic flavor of Hip Hop. Her music serves an
assortment of true lyricism coined by past 80's and 90's veteran emcees. She has an innovative and diverse
sound of revolutionary New York City Hip Hop, viewed from her window of creativity and inspiration,
developed by living the life of an up and coming struggling emcee.
Nello is the real meaning of an artist, painting pictures of how she sees the game and the role she plays in
changing it up a bit. Her mission is to introduce the audience to a groundbreaking blend mixed with
soulful/alternative vibes and a fresh take on the rap game. Nello Luchi will convert even the most dedicated
non-believers into a faithful enthusiast after first whiff of her unending originality and quirky sense of flavor.
Her sound will leave listeners of all kinds wanting more than what the everyday "kick" has to offer.
A.B.
A.B.
Taking pride in lyrical prowess is the school in which A.B. (formally known as Abyss Da Dark) was brought up in. Engaging in cyphers and battles was a means to sharpen one’s blade as well as gain notoriety. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, A.B. is no stranger to proving oneself a capable wordsmith in huddled groups of emcees and spectators. Differentiating himself by mixing humility and honesty with his aggressive delivery, A.B. commands attention and respect.

Since 2014 A.B. has performed consistently at a slew of venues and festivals. From SOB’s, Smash Studios, Long Island University (LIU), Fordham University, Brooklyn Bazaar, Blackthorn 51, the Brooklyn Music Festival on Governors Island, the International African Arts Festival in Commodore Barry Park and the DreamOn Festival in Pittsburgh, PA. He has also opened for Joey Bada$$ at Public Assembly and for Nitty Scott, MC at The Paper Box.

With the release of his Appreciation Day EP, A.B. continues to carve a path through heartfelt performances and emotion filled lyrics. Armed with an undying passion for music and a solid team, A.B. has no plans of stopping.

Path P
Path P
Independent Recording artist, PATH P (Positioned At The Highest Point), aka Colin Lawton, is a lyricist born & raised in the Brownsville section of Brooklyn, NY. PATH’s music provides a soundscape of healing, empowerment and overall enrichment of the soul, serving as a lyrically charged voice on behalf of the people.
Writing rhymes off and on since the age of 16 with the inspiration of longtime friend, Ganz Gutta, PATH P officially realized the love and passion for making music, particularly Hip Hop, back in 2008 and has since embarked on the career path to bring his brand of socially aware and creatively charged hip hop to the forefront of the worldwide masses.
Since '08, upon connecting and building a long standing relationship with fellow music artist and producer, Mario "Thre3" Rivera III, PATH and Thre3 have developed as a match made in musical heaven; with PATH's lyrics and delivery marrying Thre3's beats with conviction they managed to create a sonic experience not as common in today's Hip Hop scene. As a result, their debut collaborative LP, LifeInTheRealestHue (released in May of 2014) garnered them "award-winning" status, as the project earned the title of "Best Rap Album/East Coast" from the Akademia Music Awards in April of 2015. Since then the duo have release an EP The Heal in March 2015 and presented the sophomore LP, INDIGO on June, 19, 2016 which brought PATH his 2nd Academia Award for Best Rap Album.
Revolution & Legacy, PATH’s latest 2-part 3rd studio album project, takes a slightly different sonic turn in contrast to his previous albums yet it doesn’t stray in continuing to tell a well-rounded story of reflection, pain, love, internal plight, empowerment, peace, celebration and liberation. Revolution & Legacy, Vol. I: The Revolution is PATH’s latest award-winning project, with the follow up, Vol. II: The Legacy, on the way for a 2019 release.
