Cousin Earth (Formerly Known as Ukulelien) is a Brooklyn-based Progressive Ukulele Rock band. With both an original repertoire and a vast array of covers, Cousin Earth brings both a sense of playfulness and technical ability to the music they perform. From shredding ukulele solos and 4-part vocal breakdowns to interweaving themed medleys, the band is sure to catch the attention of any music lover. Presenting a multitude of styles including Rock, Fusion, Ragtime, Funk, Latin, Bluegrass, Hip Hop, and even Electronica, no musical style is off-limits for this up-and-coming live act.
The Phryg is New York's progressive funk quartet based out of Brooklyn. Equally versed in old-school funk as they are in prog-rock and jazz fusion, their music blends intricate compositions with hard hitting grooves and virtuosic solos. The Phryg was founded in the summer of 2013 by guitarist Collin Patierno. The Phryg has performed at many music festivals across the country including Backwoods Music Festival 2016 alongside such artists as moe. and Tauk. They can also be seen performing at esteemed music venues including Brooklyn Bowl (Brooklyn), The 8x10 (Baltimore), Dante's (Frostburg) and The One Stop (Asheville). Having drawn attention from publications such as Performer Magazine, Pittsburgh Magazine and Appalachian Jamwich, The Phryg released their self-titled full length album in July 2016 as a follow up to their debut EP "Midnight Snack".
Hunt for Hunter
Hunt for Hunter is a 4-piece symphonic rock band based in New York City. “Symphonic rock” may sound like an ambitious genre to claim, but this is a band that was explicitly formed with the intention of creating music without limits or boundaries.
