The Show is the Rainbow is a one man band from Lincoln, NE, A.K.A Darren Keen. For much of 2006, The Show is the Rainbow toured as a three-piece, with Javid Dabestani and Jim Schroeder playing alongside Keen. Currently, Keen is touring as a one-man band. The Show is the Rainbow plays an eclectic mix of rock, electronica and hip-hop inspired by artists such as Todd Rundgren, Frank Zappa, Nina Hagen, Les Savy Fav, Squarepusher and Beck. The Show is the Rainbow has gained a national following by means of near constant touring and energetic live shows that focus on audience interaction.

You may recognize Danny Ayala as The Lemon Twigs‘ invaluable keyboardist (and harmony vocalist). He makes music on his own, too, as Dr. Danny — a brand of psychedelic sunshine pop that’s not too dissimilar to the Twigs. His debut EP, Lay it on Me Straight

Ronnie D'Addario was born and raised in Manhattan, in the heart of the theater district, across from the Ed Sullivan Theater. He started playing guitar at the age of ten after seeing The Beatles on Ed Sullivan. He began singing and playing, including bass guitar, professionally in his early twenties. He grew up listening to 1960s pop music.

​Ronnie played guitar with Tommy Makem, of The Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem fame, for two decades, in concert, recordings, TV shows, and the stage.

His credits include an appearance on the Rosie O'Donnell Show, TV commercial jingles, and six PBS shows with Tommy Makem (where he performed with Judy Collins. He has performed at Carnegie Hall, the Guinness Fleadh at Randall's Island, Lisner Auditorium, Wash. DC, and Mechanic's Hall, Worcester, MA. Ronnie also produced the album, "Live At the Irish Pavilion," a favorite among Makem fans, and several other artists.

His song, "Falling for Love," was recorded by The Carpenters in 1981.
His song,”Take In a Show” was featured on the TV Sitcom, “New Girl” in 2017.

Ronnie lives in New York, with his wife, Susan, a neuropsychologist, and two sons, Brian, age twenty, and Michael, age eighteen.
Brian played "Flounder" in "The Little Mermaid" on Broadway and is featured singing the lead vocal on "She's In Love" on the original cast album.
He also played "Gavroche" in the Broadway 2006 revival of "Les Miserable."

Michael played the role of "Bert" in "All My Sons" on Broadway, which starred Katie Holmes, Dianne Wiest, John Lithgow, and Patrick Wilson.
Michael also played "Charles Adams" in the HBO mini series, "John Adams," starring Paul Giamatti and Laura Linney.
He played a major role in the movie, "People Like Us" starring Chris Pine, Elizabeth Banks, Olivia Wilde, and Michelle Pfeiffer.
He was also in the Ethan Hawke movie, "Sinister." Check him out in the TBS TV sitcom "Are We There Yet." reruns.

Brian and Michael aka The Lemon Twigs, are receiving accolades from everyone from Elton John to Gilbert O'Sullivan. They record for 4AD records. They've been on The Tonight Show, Conan, Stephen Colbert, and CBS Saturday Morning, and have garnered many great reviews in The Guardian, Newsday, and many others. They have toured the US, Europe, and Japan.
They recently brought out Todd Rundgren for their last song at Coachella.

The Lemon Twigs regularly perform their dad's song, "Love Stepped Out," from his first album, "Take In a Show."
​Ronnie's last album is called "A Very Short Dream." He has just finished a brand new album entitled, "The Many Moods of Papa Twig" It is part of a new 3CD Box Set called, "Don't Wait For Yesterday." 1986 - 2017. (Drop date Sept. 8th)
