Charlie Carr Baker
Charlie Carr Baker
Charlie Carr Baker is a singer-songwriter born and raised in New York City. He just graduated college and moved back home to pursue music. He draws inspiration from classic acts like Bob Dylan and Joni Mitchell, as well as newer acts like Fleet Foxes, Father John Misty, Whitney, and Courtney Barnett. When not playing his own folk music, he plays as a member of the psych-rock band Floam.
Something Else
Something Else
Something Else is a Brooklyn-based folk/pop band formed back in June 2017. Initially put together by Ryan Milov to record one song for the NPR Tiny Desk Competition, they couldn't seem to stop rehearsing and writing songs, and have been playing together ever since. With four voices and a seemingly ever-changing variety of instruments (is that a glockenspiel?), Something Else's sound is full of shifting textures and harmonies. They can't wait to share their music with you!
